VMC Satellite - Armor Systems ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I responded to an internet ad for Dish Network and decieded to have Dish Network installed at my house. I thought I was dealing with Dish Network until the installed showed up at my home and informed me that the service was provided by VMC Satellite.

My problems started on the very first day. The installer did not have any training on the HD receiver and didn't know how to set it up properly. He spent five hours trying and then informed me that a more experienced installer would need to be sent out. I set up an appointment for the following Saturday. After he left my neighbor informed me that they had installed the dish in the front of the house below a tree and very large motorhome. I had asked the installer to put Dish in the backyard on the eve of the house.

The second installer that showed up on Saturday was extreamly rude. He informed me that the HD receiver was bad and needed to be replaced. He didn't have one in his truck and said it would be sent to me and I would have to set up another appointment when it arrived. I asked him to move the Dish to the back yard and he said he didn't have any f-ing time and I needed to call dish network and setup another appointment.

Over the next couple of months I never did get anyone out to fix the problems so I called a Dish Network supervisor and they aggreeed to let me out of the contract if I sent the equipment back.

About 6 months later I received a letter and bill for $290 from VMC. I tried in vain to work this out with them. They were rude and threathing. My ex-wife decieded to pay for it so they would stop harrasing her about sending it to a collection agency and ruining her credit. She gave them her credit card number and they processed it for $290. Then a couple weeks later we get a collection notice from Armor Systems for $390.
I was called at work by VMC (Mike Lausten) wanting me to settle for another $200. He was extreamly rude and demanding.

These people need to be stopped. I think we should put pressure on Dish Network. Their service is what I ordered and my monthly payments went to them.
