Credit never issued - family portrait

This company closed down i paid for the service they never provided. I had one portriat done in the past was happy with it then wanted another one done and paid for it and sent in all the info and waited at least 2 months before being told in a apology lketter from the company we closed our doors. Ok but where is my refund for a product i never received. Someone needs to explain when im going to get my 100.00 dollars back.
