Rocket Blende

I have purchased 2 Ge Rocket Blenders in the last 3 months. My family and I enjoy smoothies, we all have a different preference for flavors. I figured that the Rocket would be the most valued product with the inter changeable cups. The first blender that I purchased the cup locked into the base. It was impossible to remove the cup. Once again I purchased the same product for convenience and the fact that it blends amazing! Once again to be disappointed to have the same exact problem! Thanks GE for wasting our hard earned money!!!
