Rent a RV NOW.com RV rental Country is a rip-off & will not refund my money

I contacted RV Rental Country May and rental a trl to be delivered to OK 2nd weekend June. I put $363.00 down and they were going to contact me 2 weeks prior of delivery to get name of park and confirm delivery. I attempted to contact this company for weeks. Finally the day before we were leaving to go out of town I was able to speak with someone. I expressed my concernes and she assured me that everything would be taken care of.

The morning we were leaving I get a call from a man and he stated that he was suppose to deliver a trl to a park but they did not provide him the park address or even the name of the park. This guy had his trl for sale and he was contacted that morning to see if he would be able to rent it out. The trl was way to small and was not the trl I had rented.

When I returned from my trip I noticed the company had taken $650.00 from my checking account. I paid over $1000.00 for a trl for 2 days. I was told that they would refund my deposit of $400.00 and I have never been able to get a hold of this company since.

Please if there is anyone out there that has been able to get there money back or knows of anything I can do please help me.
