On 9/26 the above Company charged our Visa account $118.26 for a rental car we could never use because "Car Rental 8" did not exist at the Orlando airport 9/30 —$118.26 were collected PREVIOUS to our even using the car.
Therefore, we HAD TO use another rental Company at the airport because we needed a car. We were told by Thrifty Motors that we didn't have to cancel something we COULD NOT use.
Several e-mail exchanges etc. Regarding reimbursement of our $118.26
have been ignored. Using that amount for a future rental with this
(fraudulent?) company will never — understandably — occur.
We'd DEEPLY appreciate anything you could do for us seniors. Thanks!
