This company is driving me crazy!

It all started about three months ago when they began calling five or six times daily demanding that I pay $5.76 that I owed them. They got real nasty, and threatened to cut off my service, so I went ahead and canceled the service.

Then the next month I paid the $5.76. I kept getting an automated phone call from mci once per day. I called them and asked what they wanted, they said that I now owed them $14.07. I asked them why didn't they just bill me for the full amount that I supposedly owed in the first place?

Now I've gotten a bill for $20.83, I have been billed for this month, even though I canceled my service with them. Oh and get this, they claim that I had never made a payment to them ever. I wonder what they've been doing with all my payments?
