Awful, A Waste of Time, A Company NEVER to Use for an Eviction. You should not use Michael Kalligan, Blonka, and/or The Eviction Co.in the event you have to go through the unfortunate eviction process. Blonka, an employee who foolishly reviewed their services online with her own name), is extremely responsive. However, they cost us time and were extremely unhelpful not to mention they do illicit things. The Eviction Co's (and Blonka's) information was often contradictory, they make promises that they do not keep, and then they will drop your case after you have paid them if they don't feel like pursuing it further.in our case, they dropped the case because they claimed they didn't know it was a room share eviction when they took the case. Before they received payment, they received the lease agreement which explicitly states that it is a room share. They lied to us. I urge you to use another eviction agency. This company will not be helpful to you and will in fact be a hindrance to your efforts for eviction. The Eviction Co, Michael Kaligan, and Blonka will waste your time and time is so very important in an eviction case.

But most of all, The Eviction Co, Michael Kaligan, and Blonka dismissed our case without our permission and to do that, they would have needed our signature. They instead chose to forge the signature themselves. Blonka, Michael Kaligan, and The Eviction Co. Even spelled the name wrong on the two forged signatures! Never use a company that does illegal things and Blonka, Michael Kaligan, and The Eviction Co will forge signatures! Avoid at all costs!
