Sept 3 2011 terrible experience - poor service

I have gone to the dunkin donuts at 5 ayers village rd in Methuen Ma a few times and everytime I go it's a bad experience. For some reason I keep saying it they won't screw up my order but they never cease to fail. Today was the last time I will ever go. I orderd through drive through two big and tasty sandwhiches, a bagel, and coffee. I waited ten minutes for the order only to find when I got home that they simply gave us two pieces of SQUISHED bread with 2 pieces of precooked frozen bacon. THEY FORGOT THE EGG AND CHEESE!!! My wife and I threw it out in shock and vowed never to order food from this establishment again. No point in going back as I have done so in the past only to have to wait 20 mins to get the order fixed. Somebody needs to check up on the employees on this location Because they are clearly fooling around and not paying attention as to what they are putting out.By far the worst mistake I have ever encountered in fast food. HOW DO YOU FORGET THE EGGS AND CHEESE? They didn't even look at the sandwhich before they put it out because if they did they would have known there was something wrong.
