I ordered the pocketbookon the Today Show and the charges have already applied to my account in Dec. 2010 and I still don't have my pocket, only an email stating that it would be shipped on the first week of February. I have not yet received confirmation of shipping even though I paid for it nearly 3 months ago. It is now Feb. 25 and still waiting. If the company couldn't meet the demand of the public, they shouldn't have misinformed the customers. The payment shouldn't have been posted to my account until the item was ready for shipment. I won't be ordering another.
