Deceived, they took $13,000 on misleading promises, changed the stipultions of grant each time promising that it was going through

Marchl of 2009 I was approachd by usfiling services with a grant to start my business. I was to give them $3,500, retainer fee, $4,000 would be taken out of the grant when it was awarded totalling $7,500 dollars. Two weeks later I was congratulated on receiving te sum of $361,000 to lease a building over a 3 year period. I secured with a leasing agent in which usfiling services obtained the leasing agents credentials and the MLS listing. All of this was to take place before April 15th because the grantee was trying to get a tax right off.

The pdf was filed with the state of Nevada. May I was then contacted by the Director of operations explaining that because of the large amount being granted that an additional $9.500 was needed in order to file the necessary paperwork, that this was an investment into my business. The money was a wire transfer from Chase bank to their Chase bank account. The grant was increased to $384,000 and was to be awarded in June. Then in July I was contacte by a liason who stated that because of the economy grants were only being given to non-profit businessed and that they would need an additional $4,500 dollars to file a non-profit status in my favor.

I refused to send any more money. Then I was told they would have to get back to me. I was contactd by several people who could never give me a status report as to when this grant would be awarded. The last time I was contacted I was told that I would no longer need the non-profit status and the $384,000 would be awarded for profit but I needed to give then an additional $7,000 to file he paperwork. I refused to send then any additional monies until they coluld send me itemized documentation of what was spent. I was told that they would get back to me. To date I have not been contacted and the contact numbers are not in service.
