Ripoff, overcharge shipping costs, dishonest and doesn't notify you of issues and charges you for it! It's a crime to do that to an honest customer

I purchased many lined baskes from Organize-it.com and got a 5 pound box one week later with 4 small baskets (which totaled 1 pound w / box) out of 12 baskets total. I was charged $10 for the small baskets and $34.05 for shipping.

I was not notified about any backorder items and should I have, I would have cancelled my order and steered away from being charged $44.05 for $10 dollars worth of product. I was overcharged shipping by $27.10 and think it's a crime to do that to an honest customer.

I am completely disgusted and annoyed with the way they handle their company orders and customer service and will never buy from them ever again.
