Where are the Baskets?

The WalMart in Plant City, FL has a serious lack of the carry baskets. I am a regular customer, and I've watched the supply of baskets dwindle from a grand total of about six down to one. No one seems to know where they've gone, and I've asked around. The greeters don't seem to care (heck, only a few know how to smile). I watched a cashier place refused items into the last basket to be found, and envisioned it in a back room somewhere, filled with rejected merchandise, piled up with all the other baskets.

On a positive note, this WalMart has the BEST number of electric handicapped carts I have ever seen.
