Gift baskets horrible

Our company ordered over a thousand dollars worth do gift baskets that were supposed to be full of gourmet cheeses, seafood, chocolates and more. What we got was baskets full of cheap crackers and cheap teas. I have never been so disappointed with anything in my life! Not only was I disappointed but embarrassed as well. When I tried to call and complain, of course they don't answer the phone. I emailed them and they said the description doesn't always match what is sent and they would not do anything about it. They drop the baskets and run so they delivered to the wrong house and again they don't care. Why should they? They have our money, but they will never have it again! I will never order from these people again! J they haver the worst business ethics I have ever seen.
