Closed my acct stopped shipment

I'm a fresh client with qvc, I requested Melania Trump jewelry towards the melody of $500 whole (yes they charged me duty) the delivered the watches and band that have been too large i delivered them back, but nothing else arrived. Named 2/12 cust svc claims they shut my acct simply because they couldn't confirm data, im like exactly what the? I've an american express platinum card for cod's benefit! (thank God with amex you are able to move online and challenge costs) so that they terminated all my other things that were for my birthday, and not actually delivered me a notice or named me.
