Terrible experience

I've been an associate of American Express since 1988. Began using their green-card and finally been improved to Platinum, Jewelry and Centurion. Additionally, I also provide Amex Delta card and American Express Blue. Normally month, I cost around more than 35 thousand US dollars every month. I've been present with my American Express cost and usually delivered payment promptly. I'm completely debt-free except my mortage. I don't have any moments or owe any credit businesses. Since last month, American Show named me and stated they've set my Jewelry card on-hold till I clear cost of 2200 bucks. I had been amazed to listen to they place my American Express card on-hold and explained to not cost any more because they may be rejected. I expected them the reason behind this since I have have billed several thousand bucks together in the evening I turned among their people. They explained that my current cost of $2200 and on my Jewelry card was within the restriction. Used to do not know how they determine their limitations since I have cost over 35K monthly between almost all their cards. After lengthy discussion, I requested them to stop my Delta American Express card. Today I'm considering eliminating others. They possibly forgot that I spend over 3k in yearly fess and cost over 350k each year. They actually requested to supply w2 and tax-return to evidence that I'm with the capacity of paying large boundaries. I inquired basically actually settled late since 1988. The solution was NO from their website. However they insisted that I've to create funds before they are able to consider the hold on to cost again.
