No item / charged restocking charge!

I'd put an order using the WheelConnection.com within the telephone utilizing my American Express card. I requested qty-4 Damani Champion wheels Super Silver 18". They explained these were in-stock and got my charge card data. After waiting per week and getting no mail verification I called-up and was informed the item wasn't in-stock and was stopped. I subsequently requested after I might get a return considering that the resources had been already obtained from my charge card. They stated that the the resources could be delivered in as much as 2 weeks. Okay not a problem, things happen.in a couple weeks I obtained a reimbursement although not the total amount which was obtained. It would appear that WheelConnection.com charged me a return cost fee (restocking charge). I really could understand why easily had obtained anything, but I never got an item or perhaps a confirmation mail. After calling them numerous occasions and them informing me they'd look after the error or they'd contact me back I eventually named American Express and tell them the issue. They consequently delivered them an notice requesting an answer. You know what American Express obtained? Nothing! I believe it has been about a few months today and after speaking with American Show they stated no to be worried about it which it'd not appear on my assertion. American Express stated they'd look after this on the website finish one of the ways or another. I am happy I've American Show on my part
