At best? Incompetent. But more likely just another ripoff

10/02: I tell them I'm looking for Jarrett M. Supplied previous address, land telephone number at previous address. They cheerfully and quickly accepted my $99.95.

10/04: They respond with: COMPLETE! Jarrett M, address. Less than 5 minutes of searching on the internet plus a few phone calls confirm that the address is for a Jennifer M.

10/10-10/30: I supply Jarrett's childrens' names, name of the uncle (Tom G) with whom he was living, where the uncle worked, name of some of his brothers who were living at the same address, the names of some of the brothers' children, hospital at which he was born, make and model of vehicle, and more.

11/02: "We hope to have something for you very shortly."

11/18: Any news on Jarrett?

11/29: "I'm showing a possible affiliation with a place called xxxxx in the Vancouver area. Does this ring a bell to you?" I tell them to go ahead and try it.

12/06: "I have been able to locate the information below for you. Perhaps MrTom G could shed some light on the situation for you if you areable to contact him. Tom G: address." And, once again, less than 5 minutes of internet research and one phone call confirms that the address is for a Teresa G.

Upon informing them of the above and additionally giving them Tom G's birthday, I have heard nothing more.

I'll let you be the judge as to just what kind of "service" it is they're performing...
