Untruthful In Keeping Their Words of Returns

I went to the Novi Michigan Horse Expo on November 15. There I bought a brand new saddle for $586.74 tax. $372.47 was on my credit card, and the rest was cash I had been saving up. The Man said that I could return the saddle at any time with the reciept of purchase, also making sure that the saddle had no marks on it.

Well, the saddle did not fit my horse, I even had a few different people tell me it didn't.instead of mailing it, because it was so heavy it would have costed me even more money. I decided since I was going down that way to look at a college, I would return it in person. After about an hour of trying to find their store, which was at the top of a mountin in the middle of no-ware, the man first acted like I wasn't even standing there.

Anyways, after he acted like I didnt know anything about saddles he told me that he would have to wait untill he had the same machine hooked up to refund my money. He would have to refund the credit card company, then send the rest in cash. I have a signed reciept from this man. He told me that my money would be returned within the next week.

Although, I was not sure about leaving my saddle without my money right there. I decided to trust him, and give him the benefit of doubt. I have waited and waited, sent emails, called his store, my mother even typed up a paper and sent it to him, with no reply.

Thank god I put more than half on my credit card, because that I will not have to pay. But the money I have saved for months will not be replaced and I will not be able to buy another saddle for a while. I have always done right, and I am sick of being riped-off!
