Collegiate Saddle, tree, warranty issue, disregard, misrepresented, failure to hono

Collegiate (Weatherbeeta) refused to honor saddle warranty and repair/repair broken saddle - tree is cracked or cantle is disconnected from tree. I bought a Collegiate Nobility jumping saddle, size 17.5M, (made by Weatherbeeta) from Country Tack shop (Lanesboro, MA, (877) 467-7310) on February 16. I purchased this saddle for $695 with a Visa debit card. The saddle came with a warranty card from Collegiate stating "The Collegiate range of saddles is guaranteed for a period of one year against faulty materials or workmanship. Our saddle trees are guaranteed for life." This saddle made my horse lame in her hind legs and back, and was cracking under pressure when riding (I weigh 130 pounds so this is not a rider weight issue). I was also able to feel and hear the cracking when flex testing the saddle with my hands. This issue began in January. The Country Tack Shop manager and my trainer flex tested and assessed the saddle and discovered integrity issues and confirmed the cracking. They suspected that either the saddle tree was cracked, or the cantle was disconnecting from tree. However, these issues can only be confirmed by dismantling and inspecting the saddle. I sent the saddle to Tim on February 20, the manager at Country Tack, who confirmed the cracking. He then sent it to Weatherbeeta for further investigation so they could either repair or replace the saddle. Weatherbeeta (owns Collegiate saddles) refused to do this and simply flex tested the saddle and reported there were no issues with the saddle. They sent the saddle back to Country Tack, who reported they would ship the saddle back to me (saddle has not arrived back yet). My husband and I both spoke with Weatherbeeta regarding our concerns regarding the integrity of the saddle. Weatherbeeta reported they would not do anything further to assure our satisfaction with their product. I would like for the saddle to be dismantled and inspected fully. If any issues are found with the integrity of the saddle, I would prefer for the saddle to be replaced with the same model and size.
