This individual advertised a brand new saddle on the internet. It was brand new, but it was defective. It came from the manufacturer this way. However, she will not refund my money. I emailed her asking for a refund and she just stated that all sales were final. She didn't tell me that when I was buying the saddle! I believe she knew it was defective, but I don't have proof of that. I do have proof of the saddle being defective with many pictures, along with a statement from a well-known saddle maker.
