Pineda's Gardening Wont Recognize Agreement/Arrangement Lemont Illinois

I'd a Packet Terrace done 9/8/05... The Deck needed to be fixed within 7 days of installtion that they did come a fixed an enormous drop within the middle. The issue NEVER went away the whole pation has truly moved/seperated TRULY POOR including 2steps. I've named Olegario Pineda at 773-418-2146 since 2005 without any win. He ceased addressing his telephone following the 3rd phone and explained to "DO WHAT YOU'VE TO COMPLETE!". Olegario Pineda (nephew of Ruben) explained to contact this quantity 1st when deck had been mounted. Olegario (Ruben) Pineda gave me A - 20 year warrenty agaist flaws and that I do have this written down. I documented organization towards the Better Business Office 4/26 and organization NEVER replied to Myself or even the BBB... I'll consider every motion I will!!! Because this is actually the motion Olegario Pineda recommended me to consider... Deck simply must be set!!
