Deceitful Investment/Business Development & Management Company - BE CAREFUL!

Wendy Pineda from WRA Holdings, LLC contacted our company in July. She had an hour long coversation with one of our representatives and asked for samples, which were sent.

In October of Mrs. Pineda called that same representative and wished her a happy be-lated birthday and then placed an order of corporate record books, seals, certificates, transfer ledgers and many other items for WRA Holdings, LLC. The total amount of the bill came to $301.50.in November of Mrs. Wendy Pineda called the same representative to wish her a Happy Thanksgiving.

To this date, April 21, Wendy Pineda and WRA Holdings, LLC have not submitted a payment for the items that were sent to her and her company.
Mrs. Pineda gave several excuses stating that first, her mother was sick, then she was sick, then her computer crashed and the final one was that her "accountant" told her that he/she had sent payment. Obviously, we have not received it.

I highly recommend that anyone doing business with Wendy Pineda or any company she has an affiliation with: WRA Holdings, LLC; World Premier Entertainment; or http://www.wrastore.com / to be very careful. If she spent six months building a relationship and sharing intimate stories of her personal life to take $300.00, who knows what she will do for more?
