They never sent my order out

I placed an order with mixtapekings.com on 1/16 and i never got my order I tried to contact them 4 times and they never got back to me. So i had to put in a claim through paypal to get my money back and even paypal tried to contact them and the got response. So I did get my money back by paypal. And they say that they will ship out your order soon after they receive you payment but they never did. When I go to ther website and click on my account it says my order is processing. So do not order off of them you will not get your order.
