I bought a set of Raiders earrings from sportskids.com for $9.99. While getting them, the earrings were too large for my kids hearing and so I desired to return them for credit. I bought various other items which I had been pleased with, however the group of earrings were simply too large and appeared foolish on my kids hearing.

For a product bought under $10 sportskids.com charged a restocking charge for that return in addition to requiring the return be produced via UPS shipping just therefore the bundle might be tracked. Using the restocking charge of 15% and also the expense to deliver it using a shipping provider, the sum total expense to come back them might have been significantly more than the initial price

BAD Customer Support indeed.
