We recently needed to substitute our lamp that people requested from bulbsoutlet.com since it had went about five weeks after purchase. They informed us it'd be under guarantee but we'd need to deliver back at our price. Okay, no major package except whenever we obtain the lamp back it's not going to move within the Television due to no property. This is actually the method we obtained it. Thatis why we delivered it in. However, after 3 e-mail and 3 calls they advise me that they can not deliver us what we submitted simply because they created an error within the first-place by delivering us a property plus they couldn't deliver a different one although that's what I delivered in. Along with they can't market us a property alone, and along with that I can't deliver my lamp back since we're today handed guarantee and so I would need to buy a lamp using the Property and simply keep the main one I've. Unhappy at-all considering it was there error in delivering us a lamp using the property, we settled no interest that it had beennot designed to come this way so we put another one-out and changed. We delivered it back just how it arrived and today we're totally ATTACHED.
