Do not buy from Projector Quest

Bought replacement lamp on 07/15/10. Quit working after 100 hours useful. Approached them, delivered back anything within the same container it arrived in. 14 days get purchase, I examine site, along with a discuss acct mentioned the lamp that i submitted didn't fit documents they have. Acct closed. No-contact from their store, after live-chat and telephone call using their GM, they essentially charged me of changing the lamp and delivering them another one they delivered. After 30- moments of detailing that what I delivered them is precisely what I rec'd, I had been informed their producer wouldn't except the alternative, and that I was SOL. They'dnot actually deliver me back what I sent them. When requested may I consult with another person, The GM mentioned that she was the only real individual to talk to and also the organization was an organization and also the criticism might get nowhere. Better Business Office below I come. Terrible customer support. Don't buy from projector mission!
