Ulscustserv Obtained my Bank account information, created electronic check and withdrew $49.99

My bank account was debited $49.99 via an electronic check on 02/11, the
check was made out to Unlimited Local Savings. I did not give out my personal
bank information to this company nor did I purschase any items or services from
this company or any other companies they are doing business as.
I did not authorize this withdraw to be made from my account at any time.
I have not heard of this company, nor have I been on any of their websites.

I contacted the company at (866) 592-6448, on 2/11, the customer
service representative told me that I had purchased "coupons", when I
asked her who authorized this purchase, she said she could not pull up
the information because their servers were down. I asked to speak to
her supervisor and she would not transfer the call, I asked who the owner
of the company was and she said, Jay Thomas, I asked to speak to him and
she would not transfer the call. She told me I could call back tomorrow when
their servers were up.

I did a search on the internet and saw many other people had also had
unauthorized charges debiting their bank account by this company.

The company is located in Scottsdale, Arizonia, according to the Better
Businss Bureau's website: http://central-northern-western-arizona. BBB.org
this company has had 431 complaints filed against them. I also filed a
complaint. I strong urge anyone who has had this company created electronic
checks in their name and withdraw funds from their account unauthorized
to file a complaint with the BBB. I requsted a refund and requested that
United Local Savings disclose how they received my personal bank
account number.

I contacted my bank, they indicated that I will need to come to the bank
and dispute the charge. I can then take a copy of my dispute to a police
substation and file charges.
