Christi giovanni Fraudulent Company, Scam

I started talking to Christi Giovanni, or that is the name she goes by, from ezcloseleadz.com/Leads & More, Inc about buying some exclusive FHA telemarketing leads at 6.25% with a max of 4 per day. They had a special of buying 50 for $599 and getting 50 for free. She said the costs are low because they have two call centers with 35 telemarketers each, one in CA and one in NY, and they are paid hourly. Through the process she was very pleasant and answered the phone every time I called. She sent me the return policy and some sample leads.

Everything seemed legit so I mailed out a check for them since I wanted to get started. Once she received payment, she emailed me an invoice and said I will get leads the next morning. The next morning came and there where no leads. I called and it was the first time she did not answer. I called and emailed throughout the day with no response. Then by the end of business day I get an email from her that is labeled "lead data". I open it and there was 22 old outdated internet leads that probably cost about 5 cents each. All the phone numbers where disconnected and nothing correct about the data. I called and emailed Christi with no response. The second I got that email I knew I had been scammed. Gave up calling and emailing two days after that. Its been over a week and never talked to her once she recieved payment. Im sure she was laughing all the way to the bank.

They promote the Better Business Bureau on their website. I called the BBB the next morning after I recieved the "lead data" email and they never heard of this place. I then Google mapped their two giant call centers. One is an empty parking lot in CA and the other is a library in NY. I wish I new about this website because this would have never happened and it looks like she got a few other people as well. First time I have ever been scammed in my life but it will never happen again.
