TQL Brent Dean at TQL has no Ethics, BEWARE

Brent Dean from TQl gave us a load on 2.14.2011 and told us to deliver at 8A.M. On the 15th, No Unloading! Gave us paperwok to confirm this! When my driver got there at 8A.M. The receiver asked for a $100 Lumper Charge which we gave him and by 12pm. The gentlemen had only unloaded 2 palletes out more than 20 palletes, Brent Dean told us if we wanted to get unloaded we would have to Help unload or wait and get a detention, we told him we would wait since we were not getting paid to unload. Around 1pm my driver called me and told me the receiver had left and he was going to go to lunch. I told him to leave his trailer and go to lunch! 2 hours later when he got back the receiver had not returned and took the $100 lumper, when we called Brent, he said it was our fault he had left and we would have to return the next day at 10am if we wanted to get unloaded! We waited until the 16th and when i called him in the morning he told me we had to unload it at no charge! He told us he would not give a penny to unload the truck and again stated that if we would have not gone to lunch we would have gotten unloaded! This guy is Unethical and has no Word! My driver had to wait 3 hours at Dartco to get loaded, drove all night to be there at 8 A.M.in houston, then waited all day on the 15th to get unloaded and had to unload a full truck load on the 16th, all this to make about $100 net., If TQL treats there Preffered Carriers like this, I could imagine what they do to there Nonpreffered Carriers. I could not even get to talk to a manager! They kept me on hold for ever!!
