Messed up with this customer!

I requested a surroundsound program online, also it was shipped by UPS. I've required a telephone call fifteen minutes before they get to my home and so I could be there to get it and allow them get another pkg this one was changing! The delivery man, decreased it at my front door (it is a $900 program using the image about the entrance), the container was all bumped up and took up. I simply are actually examining the monitoring a few hours after it had been shipped.
