I called a Local plumber from a local ad in the yellow book, I am a local retail store owner, So I always try to use local people, It started out fine, His price was a few bucks more than my last price but he said he would match it. Thats when it all went down hill, It started that they had to do a little digging out side, When the would walk in they would not even try to clean off there shoes a little, The assisiant was hung over from being out all night this was told to me about ten times from the boss. What i hired them to do was run a gas pipe in my basement for a stove. I told him the other quote also told me they would hook up the stove as part of the price, He was a smooth talker no problem. Well it was a problem he had no idea how to convert the stove from Nat gas to Propane, I evan had the directions for him. He wanted no part of this now. So by now i was pissed off, do to the fact they trashed my house, My basement i had to hire some one to clean my carpets, Than he ran out, He had to be paid first so he could buy the supplies. I should have know then. So i call my place i bought my stove. A Chain store and they told me that since i got screwed they would send over one of there installers to help me out. Well they came and could get my stove to work. You guessed it the plumbing job would not let any gas thru the lines. Also the work they did out side was not to Code. Pipes are to be down 18 Inchs, not 6 as they did, So now i called the office and some crazy lady answers the phone, She would not let me speak and when i did she told me i was borthering her and she was going to call the police on me. So i called them, I was told it is a civil matter which i knew already. So when i looked at there bill i saw it is a different name than what there ad says there name is, I guess they got a bad rap with the other name so now they changed there name to something else I wonder how many other times this was done before. Now i am filing a small claim suit againts them, reporting false ads to nys attorney general office, Consumers afffairs and the better buiness breau. Do not use them they are scam artists
