Will not send refund

I requested and taken care of a slipcover in August.in September i obtained a contact in the organization stating these were preparing to slice the material.in December I obtained a contact saying they did not have sufficient material and desired to exchange another material at no extra price. I counted towards the mail saying used to do not need another material which I needed a return. I've named and sent them many times with no one can get back again to me concerning the standing of my reimbursement. I really spoke with somebody a week ago who stated he'd return to me asap but to no avail. Our order # is 1035 and my reimbursement ought to be $354.00. I've all of the paper-work and correspondance using the organization. It's been more than 6 weeks today since I have put the purchase.
