I repeat... Do NOT use this company! Mr. Bucklan is polite and nice until he gets your money. Then he becomes rude, ignorant and completely unhelpful! Will not answer your questions in regards to the work he supposedly did. He is completely incompetent as well as one of his "appraisers" who came out to appraise my home (turns out it is his wife). Come to find out his wife, who is not even fully licensed, doesn't know what she is doing, took over a month to do and came in $50,000 less than what 2 other appraisers had valued my house that same week! Plan on filing complaint with the board... Noticed that he already has several complaints and a violation against him!!! Worst experience ever.
