Westside Appraisal This indivudal Mr Lupia, has stolen upwards of $100,000 that is known from appraisers throughout the country

Mr Chad Lupia of Nations Appraisal Group and AKA Westside Appraisal nationwide has been acting as a management company for banks and other Mortgage lenders.
He has been colllecting appraisal fees from clients and instead of keeping his portion and sending the rest to the appraiser for payment of services, he has been keeping the money from appraisers nationwide.

As of today June 20th, he has stolen upwards of $100,000 from appraisers all over the country and that is what is known. There could be much more. Mr Lupia is attempting to hide behind bankruptcy laws.

That may prevent myself and other appraisers from getting there money but it will not protect him from Federal Fraud Charges and other legalities. If anyone has had a similar experience with mr Lupia, please file a complaint with the California Attorney General.
