Horrible service

I had the displeasure of visiting this dunkin donuts 2 days ago. I went in hoping to get a nice warm cup of coffee and possibly a good morning or a smile from those serving me, considering so I leave generous tips everywhere I go. My coffee was made wrong, it tasted horrible, and the manager on duty, was extremely rude, and seemed very withdrawn from work. It makes me wonder if she is on some kind of substance. Also there was a mess in the mens bathroom i refused to use as it was unbearable to do so. I will never visit this place again. As I had the worst experience ive ever had in my life at any food chain i have been to in my long life
