Incorrect debt collection

I received notification from National Credit Solutions saying that I owed them $110 on a past due account at Hollywood Videos which has declared bankruptcy. I belonged to a Power Play program where I rented videos, charges were automatically deducted from my credit card and this program eliminated late fees and charges. I could only check out a certain number and could keep the videos as long as I wanted. When I closed out and settled my account any charges were taken care of at that time. This is a bogus charge and I do not like being bullied by this collection company. Something is clearly amiss with this situation and it's not because I didn't pay a bill.
