On 29 June I saw an advertisement on the internet for expresslegaladvice.com advertising that they give legal advice 24/7 with 24 hours. I had was to pay 20 through Paypal for this service. No advice came and I sought the advice I needed from another source.
I then went to their contact details and asked them to refund my money. They have not done so, but instead emailed me and asked me to send the question I had asked.
I kept telling them that I do not now need an answer to my question, just my money back and to send me confirmation of this.
I have not heard anything further from them. This means that they have kept my money. I am very angry and annoyed.
I tried an auction site who gives advice about getting back Paypal refunds and have been told that there is nothing I can do.
Clearly, this is a rip off. I am so angry. To think this is a so call legal firm doing this. When I googled to find out a solution to getting my money back. Guess whose website came up.
