CRN False Misleading Advertising

This so called company is scamming at it's best - you will hear ads on the radio and also tv commercials. They offer a 30 day trial you can cancel at "anytime". The report is nothing you cannot find yourself, so I proceeded with cancellation.

They use every tactic known to keep their money already charged on your account. When you call, you are immediately transferred to a different extension and left on hold when they determine why you are calling in hopes you will hang up. You are then told you did not call to cancel prior (which I did) and they need to "investigate" which takes 3-5 business days. I do not appreciate dealing with liars... And I will also report this company to the better business bureau - if you see this ad - run in the furthest direction!!!
