Stole Money From My Checking Account

I signed up online with Grantnow dot com on 2-6-09 to recieve my Grant CD and find a grant now. I read and copied their Terms which stated i could cancel within 7 days.

On 2-11 I noticed my bank account was missing $49.97 and i never recieved my Grant CD yet.

I called Business Edge Network's Customer Service on 2-11 to cancel and asked for a refund but the person refused stating they cannot refund my money because i waited after the 3 day trial.

I read the Terms that i copied on 2-6 to the lady with customer service and pointed out that I want my refund since I am cancelling before the 7 day trial period. She refused to give me a refund nor would she let me speak to her supervisor.

I told her your Terms are misleading and i will contact my lawyer and she hungup on me. The following is a copy of their Terms for cancelling:

I waiting for a my lawyer of 3 years to call me back concerning this issue but why is Business Edge Network not refunding me since i canceled within the 7 day trial period? I advise anyone to stay away from Grantnow dot com & Business Edge Network.
