Charged me for their services after I cancelled their services immediately after receiving the CD, then 4 months began charging me again

I signed up with Grant Resource Network and after receiving the cd, charges were applied to my account. Once they invoiced me, I telephoned and had the account closed. This happened in and now May I found that they are charging my account $59.95 per month, for services I do not use. Today, I spoke with GRN customer service, to get the services cancelled and charges stopped immediately. I also asked if they can refund all monies charged me to since this is the second month that has overdrafted my account and being charged fees for which I cannot afford to pay. The person I spoke with told me the company would contact me next week, and I would be able to hear the recording, which is not a problem since I have not contacted them since my initial cancellation. I did not request this service and will not be held responsible for charges I did not incur. After speaking with their representative, I feel that I needed to report this company for attempting to get money from someone that has cancelled their services nor has ever used their service.
