Don't buy the pc warranty at Basics because it is just a laugh. You'll be without your PC for four weeks every time it's delivered in. They fixed my unique issue & produced a different one they declare they CAn't replicate. Everybody you talk to in customer sevice need 48-hours to react. Should you request a boss, they'll not contact you back. I named the united states Chairman & CEO Ron Sargent& their workplace required two times & three calls later to obtain somebody from Staples Canada to contact me back. Don't bother to advance your issues as Steve Matyas-Leader won't talk to you. He's outoftouch together with his customer-base! Client satisfaction isn't important.
