Never use A1 Assist for towing

After a collision, A1 was the first ever to seem in the collision picture to assist. I talked to my insurer who established that A1 may pull my vehicle for repairs towards the panelbeater. But that's not what happened. They towed my vehicle for their own lawn. It's today two times following the accident and my vehicle has nevertheless not been sent to the panelbeater! To create things worse, somebody took all of the money in my budget that we forgot within the vehicle. I still intend to contact them concerning the robbery problem, however it appears they cannot handle or administrate themselves. Today the insurance really wants to understand who's likely to purchase the pull of the vehicle from A1is premesis towards the panelbeater! It's not going to be me!
