Does not stand behind their product, their installation was bad from the beginning

The surfaces encompassing the bathtub ripped from the surfaces right from the start, the service-man stated to not fear, we've a guarantee, whenever we named a couple of months before they stated we have to spend 400.00 to repair their bad installation. We'd a brand new bathtub & wall surround mounted 7 years back. The surfaces And bathtub ripped away immediately after, the service-man found restore two or three occasions, the surfaces still ripped away. We got hectic & maintained forgetting to contact, but we although we'd a guarantee, false, they delivered another guy out to check on the issue, and we were informed it'd charge us $400.00 to repair, we disbuted it and we'venot noticed from their website since. They don't remain behind their item. It'd have charge people less if we'd tiled the surfaces
