Poor cutomer service/poor installation contractors

My partner and that I invested more than 7,000 to place Bella ash-wood surfaces within our house. We believed these were a reliable organization. I had been assured of quality function along with a great item. I met using their specialist an older company mr. Parker who looked aware of his work. Per week later two teenagers reached our house and mounted the surfaces. It had been my birthday week and that I was there for many of the installation. They never required temperture parts of the subfloors or examined for humidity. Per week following the insatllation all of the surfaces cupped. After speaking with their consultant concerning the problem I had been taken down and delivered a flyer within the email of ground personnel that I'd to cover displayed by their organization. I never obtained a telephone call back. We cannot promote our house with cupped surfaces until we spend to sand them along. It's not really a humidity problem like they stated once we have experienced it examined. It's from bad installation and inccompetance of the company they didn't make certain the surfaces were acclamated towards the temperture within the house. I WOn't conduct business with this specific organization again and certainly will create every paper and journal to ensure folks understand the corporation doesnot worry about the customer. Forbes magazine stated them as 2009 greatest new organization I'd wish everybody who published a criticism about them might contact Forbes magazine about their compaints so others won't be studied advantage of.
