BOX SPRING - Box spring

Box spring cracked in middle of bed due to frame screw and nut coming loose. Warranty reps will not replace my box spring because there are finger marks from lifting the bed. The metal frame fell apart and cracke the box spring not the finger prints on the side of the bed.
