Bait and Switch, False Advertising, Bank Scam

We recieved a flyer in the mail from Dish Network offering their get free HD for life program with a guaranteed low set price. We called and had service installed and signed the 2 year agreement. That was Jan. 15. Today I found an unauthorized debit from our bank account for $49.99. I had my bank cancel our debit card and had to file a claim. Then while looking at our bill I noticed that our bill is $5.00 more than what we signed for. I started reading all the complaints on here and there are a lot of customers with the same situation.

Beware of this company and what they are doing. I did call as my bank told me to and the rep said there is no record on their part for the $49.99. The only explanation on the withdrawl is 4digitaltv.com lockout 01. The rep asked me to hold so I could speak to a supervisor. While holding they hung up on me.

Not only does your debit card get hacked but you get charged more than you sign up for without explanation or permission. This is very bad business practice and I feel unethical.
