Horrible customer service

Bought a 58-inch Samsung Plasma Television on Dec-02 and on Jan. 20 television set is dead no image no sound. Approached the shop was handed a-1 800-number to contact that we did was informed perhaps in 7 to 2 weeks could possibly get anyone to have a look at before any choice could be created. Named the Work Workplace at 10 am the following day got the run-around was informed the Local Director (Ron Rochetti) would contact me just before workday finish. Well think it on not no-call (large shock) when approached the Organization Office again was informed he was within the area and there's no method to contact him (no mobile phone to get a local supervisor). Main point here avoid ABC Factory this really is from a client that has bought in the same-store for that previous 15 years. I'll never return or send anybody...
