Poor product and bad customer service

I purchased a Sentry fire-safe about three or four years back. Oneday it'd not start with my person code or even the manufacturer signal. I named customer support and explaned the digital lock wouldn't take my signal. They kept attempting to inform me it had been the batteries or even the battery power. I'd set a voltmeter about the battery power and also the batteries were good-and delivering the right voltage. All-they might due was deliver me a brand new battery power.
