ATT ONE SOLUTION Employee mistreatment

CTJ Investments are known by two names: ATT One Solution and Texas Cellular. I would not encourage any person to work for this company. The base pay here is 300 every two weeks and the commission earned on any products are not worth the effort when selling. They pay you 20% on each sell but if the item sold is high in value, you can actually lose money for making a sale. If a person buys a cellular product and refuses to purchase a feature or accessory, you lose more money off your bonus. This bonus structure and pay structure is designed for any person to not make much money at all.

I have witnessed an employee terminated for doing something that his superior to him do. I know this because the acting manager told me that I could do the same thing. I was told that if the cash drawer was short, That is extra money that we could keep. I knew that wrong but the employee that was fired went along with him. But later the employee was reported by the acting manager to store manager about money missing and he was fired but the acting manage kept his job.

They have a number of penalties that eat away at you bonus. If you are one minute late that 50.00 off your bonus and either the same or more afterwards for each minute afterwards. The training is not good, period.

If you leave the company, they hold back your bonuses that are rightfully yours to cover any chargebacks they receive. Like the previous writer, If you have any value for yourself, I recommend that you not work for this company.
