Albertson's is all about "The Money", they could care less about
their employee's as long as they show up and do their job,
preferably the most work the can cram into their work schedule
without going over the clock.

They are quick to criticize your performance and almost never say you've done a good job. You could give them 110% and they would still want to suck another 100% out of you, it's just never good enough.

Basically it comes down to this, all they want is to meet their
percentages and suck that last dollar out of the consumers
pocket, they dont care who they have to step on to do it.

It's you work for us, you work your ass off, we don't care about you or your family. (thats why you always have split days off).

It's a we're doing you a favor be happy you even have a job kind of attitude, and that is exactly how they come off.

So fat toad CEO Larry Johnston made a 9 million dollar bonus
last year ugh? Umm... So this is why this company can't afford
to send so much as a Christmas card to the employee's
that helped that A-Hole rake in the "OH SO DESERVED BONUS" after
all it is he that single handily saved the company all that money.

And to the "Store Directors" and even lower on the pion pole the
"Department Managers" Is that 9 million dollar bonus starting to
make you feel like you've just been raped up the butt without
vaseline? Makes your bonuses look like pocket changes eh?

The next time I hear that "We need to be a team and work together
speech" Im gonna want to know where this part of the teams bonus is.

And last but not least.

Dear consumers:
This is why (Mr. Johnston's bonus) im sure, any other time of
year a single rose is $1.99, But for Valentines Day, Just for you! They are a special price of $3.99. Why you ask? Well perhaps, Mr. Johnston's goal for this years bonus is 10 million. Not only does this company not care about the morality and well being of its employee's, they also do not care about their customers only the money in their pockets. Im hoping Albertson's future will be up there with K-Mart's... And if they keep on selling merchandise 160% percent over their cost it wont be long.
